The sales consultant will work to sell both Internet and walk-in prospects from our entire inventory, including new Nissan cars, SUVs, and trucks, as well as from our combined used vehicle inventory. Our huge used vehicle inventory is well stocked with Nissan certified vehicles as well as many other make vehicles, including domestic.

  • Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot. 
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. 
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects. Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase. Build strong rapport with customers. 
  • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. 
  • Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
  • Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.

  • Sells financing and insurance to customers.

  • Oversees completion and submission of all financing documents.
  • ‪Acts as liaison between the customer and the lending institution.

Autofair Nissan of Chelmsford is seeking motived individuals to join our service staff as a service writer. The service writer is at the forefront of the service department, and serves as the service department's representative staff member. The service writer must be courteous, knowledgeable, and focused on understanding and meeting the needs of the customer. He/she must be able to quickly and efficiently identify the problem in question, clarify any additional details needed, collaborate with co-workers to provide any feedback required, and propose a realistic solution to the customer. Managing the customer's expectations as they relate to timelines and budgets is an integral responsibility of the service writer. The service writer must have a working knowledge of parts and service as he/she frames and communicates all repair orders to the customer with clarity and brevity. The service writer must be a dynamic team member who readily collaborates with all department personnel to ensure the successful and timely completion of repair orders.


  • Listens to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems and needs.
  • Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers.
  • Develops estimates by costing parts, supplies, and labor; calculates customer's payment, including deductibles.
  • Prepares repair orders by recording stated problems, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system.
  • Clearly Communicates needs of customers to co-workers, including services requested, timeline requested, etc
  • Explains estimates and expected time frame to customers; answering questions and concerns.Maintains organized records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.

Autofair Nissan of Chelmsford is seeking motivated individuals to join our service staff. The service technician will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.

The technician will diagnose vehicles based on observational and mechanical testing as well as information provided by the customer.


  • ‪Perform work assigned within a reasonable time and quality in accordance with factory and dealership standards.
  • ‪ Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
  • ‪Attend all factory-sponsored training classes and scheduled service meetings.
  • Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
  • ‪Familiarize self with all technical bulletins as handed down by the factory.
  • ‪ Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
  • Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts to complete tasks.
  • ‪Document work performed.
